MNM Team LLC is currently hiring a “Sr. Real Estate Financial Analyst to work in our Miami office.  The Senior Real Estate Financial Analyst position is responsible for worldwide planning and analysis for MNM Team's long-term capital projects and expenditures. This position offers a great opportunity for broad investment analysis experience and exposure to all facets of real estate acquisitions, dispositions, asset management and capital markets.  Some of the projects include the building and formation of our global business as well as strategic investments involving new properties, expansion of existing, and new product lines.

 

The applicant must have at least 5 years of Financial Planning, Investment Analysis, Risk Management, Credit Risk Analysis, Financial Models & Forecasting, Investment Risk Analysis, Budgeting, Standard Cost & ABC Analysis, Statistic Calculation, Revenue Recognition, and Auditing Experience.  In addition, experience in Cash Management, domestic and preferably international, Foreign exchange and accounting, Financial modeling, and Cash Forecasting; strong analytical skills; meticulous and thorough in data review methods; and solid communication skills and ability to interact with all employees. The applicant must possess a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or equivalent combination of work and education (BA + 7yrs of Professional Experience).
