South Dade roofing company looking for a permitting administrator and runner. The ideal candidate will have a clean drivers license, be computer literate with some construction exposure. Previous exposure to permitting will be a plus. Future could lead to computer estimating and sales. Will consider training the right individual. Bi-lingual a plus. This position will require computer research, learning to put roofing permit packages together, delivering, and picking up packages from the various municipalities.
