Progressive $203 mm Credit Union in Miami, Florida is seeking to fill the following positions: BRANCH SERVICE AND SALES MANAGER and CALL CENTER MANAGER - WEST KENDALL BRANCH SERVICE AND SALES MANAGER Manager will pursue "World Class Member Service," supervise team, direct day-to-day branch operations and ensure service and sales plans are met. Three (3) years progressively responsible service and sales, branch operations experience and two (2) years management experience in a financial institution. CALL CENTER MANAGER Experienced professional need to manage and lead Call Center ensuring that all operational, service and sales plans are met. A minimum of three (3) years call center experience, two (2) years supervisory experience and proficiency in Excel required, financial institution experience preferred.
