Manage team members in house and outsourced advisors, ensuring sales goals are being carried out. Provide the highest level of customer service while developing lasting customer relationships. Develop working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, ensuring service department adheres to all regulations. Oversee team members, performing inspections and preparing reports. Analyze performance data to measure productivity and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement. Execute client presentations. Lead legal due diligence of business opportunities. Serve as liaison between company and external legal attorneys in US and other jurisdictions, as needed.
Requires at least 2 years of experience managing customer relationship in consulting firms. Some experience handling legal documents required.
