Office Coordinator Responsible for the overall office support and administration of the currier including Reception, Bookings, Sales, Finance and IT provision. Provide analysis and advice on the business model, bookings' performance and commercial opportunities. Implement and supervise a procedure for the timely banking of cash held on site. Monitor and reconcile cash received form online booking and other card payments received from customers. Manage internal and outsourced staff. Manage and maintain the company's purchase ledger, including recording invoices, payment of product's suppliers. Prepare and maintain payroll information and assist the external payroll bureau with preparation of the monthly payroll records. Assist and liaising with external accounting forms preparing monthly management accounts, weekly bank reconciliations and annual budgets. Deal appropriately and according to procedure with any disciplinary issue. Perform inventory control and management to support cost reduction initiatives.
