Supervisor for demolition company. Experienced in demolition (partial and total) minimum 10 yrs exp. (sorry but we cannot train)
Must be organized, professional and safety conscious.
Have good leadership and technical direction of the projects to achieve timely completion of the jobs.
Able to supervise large crews of employees and manage several jobs
Must be able to multitask and work under pressure
Direct day to day onsite supervision of staff
Planning ahead by managing work
Ensuring the projects are maintained in an orderly, clean, secure and professional manner
Experience with heavy equipment, trucks and small tools
Clean driver license
Must pass drug test and have a clean record
