Therapy Alliance Inc., seeks a full-time position for Administrative Assistant in Miami Lakes, FL. Duties: Provide support to the organization by managing & distributing information within the office, manage the clinic staff's schedule, & perform administrative activities within the facility, including answering/managing phone calls & messages, keeping financial records, coordinating staff's meetings, data entry, registration of new patients, verifying information/documentation, scheduling/canceling appointments with the ability to foresee/resolve scheduling conflicts between patients & staff. Perform billing duties, such as bills collection, reconciliations, issuing receivable/payable invoices, & recording deposits.
