Pool & Beach Manager in Sunny Isles Beach, FL - The Pinnacle Condominium Association, Inc

Job Duties: Supervise a team of 5 to 6 employees responsible for setting up approx 200 pool & beach chairs daily. Assign daily tasks, provide guidance, & ensure efficient chair setup & maintenance. Hand out towels to pool & beachgoers & collect soiled towels, ensuring they are sent to the laundry room. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, assisting with special requests, & resolving customer complaints regarding worker performance or services rendered. Apply customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement & implement necessary changes. Assign work schedules to staff, taking into consideration service requirements & ensuring quality & timely delivery of services. Inform workers about the interests or special needs of specific groups, ensuring personalized & attentive service. Conduct regular inspections of work areas & operating equipment to maintain cleanliness & operational standards. Coord the work of others.

Minimum Degree Required: HS. 12 months of experience as Pool & Beach Manager.

Special Skills Required: Proficient in providing clear instructions & guidance. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal & written, w/the ability to convey info effectively. Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying & resolving issues efficiently.
