Area Controller & Business Control Senior Director (Latin Am) (job location is Miami, FL) . Implement comprehensive financial monitoring & business/accounting controls for company's advertising agencies in Latin America. Ensure financial statement integrity for Latin American agencies. Liaise w/ agencies to prepare & review controls documentation. Resolve irregular balance sheet & profit and loss statements for Latin American agencies to ensure compliance w/ U.S. Sarbanes-Oxley Act & Latin American financial regulations. Prepare risk assessment metrics & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess financial stability of Latin American agencies using Hyperion global financial consolidation software. Prepare yearly travel & expense budgets & communicate latest standards surrounding controls & testing approaches. Review agency risk assessments to determine frequency of regional monitoring controls. Req's: Bachelor's degree in Accounting & three yrs of exp in position offered or in a Network Director position. All req'd exp must have included resolving irregular balance sheet & profit and loss statements for Latin American companies to ensure compliance w/ U.S. Sarbanes-Oxley Act & Latin American financial regulations, & preparing risk assessment metrics & KPIs to assess financial stability of Latin American advertising agencies using Hyperion global financial consolidation software.
