PMO, Quality, Processes & Transformation Manager: Telefonica USA, Inc., Miami, FL: Manage the Project Management Office, including coordnting proj. mngmnt activities, leading follow-up & execution of client IT proj.s, & monitoring provider performnce & pymt approvals. Collab. w/ customer to lead, design, implmnt & commission large Data Center migration infrastructure project, by manging highly knowledgeable team, leading & dvlopng team competencies & tactics, serv. as Telefónica's rep. in mtgs & cmtes, & providing leadership & expertise in ops. Supervise ext. EEs in Miami & coord. w/ managers in Brazil & Spain to ensure that KPIs are met. Collab. w/ Client Manager to define new Svc Catalog in accord w/ bus. stds for clients. Supervise outsourcing providers; ensure performance & deliverables of outsourcing companies & firms to meet agreed-upon quality stds. Ensure QA Model is prepared to new ops certifications. Mange customer satisfaction by addressing int. & ext. complaints & resolving issues w/ new rqmts. Lead Cont. Improv. Plans & ensure ops in various locs. meet current & new quality stds. Define, implmnt & automate int. processes integrating w/ customer procs. All duties are on per-project basis. Min. Rqmts: AAS or equivalent in Comp. Sci., or a rltd field, with 15 yrs of exp. in a rltd position in IT ops mngmt of a global network of infrastructure, identifying the KPIs and SLAs, and leading the Cmtes to meet project deliverables. Prior exp. must also include: (a) 5 yrs of exp. in UNIX (HPUX, AIX, RedHat, Linux); Storage & Backup (Commvault, TSM, Legato, Hitachi, EMC); IT Ops. Mngmnt; mnging Customer rltnships @ Senior-Level; SLA & KPI development & control; & Personnel mngmt & supervision. AND (b) 2 yrs of exp. in Servers (HP, IBM, Microsoft), Firewall Eng. (Cisco, Checkpoint, Fortinet), Web Admin. (Jboss, IIE, Tomcat), Oracle, SQL, & Networking (Cisco); IT Project Mngmt; & Proc. analysis & dvlpment. Must possess ITIL V3 Foundations Certification. Fluent in spoken & written Spanish. Available for travel 1-2 weeks a yrs to Brazil &/or Spain.
