Commercial Manager: F/T position @ SWIFT, Pan-Americas, Inc. for work in Miami, FL. Duties: Establish & manage sales strategy for SWIFT's Latin America based medium & small clients. Mng day-to-day sales activities & relationships w/ partners & customers Identify, contract, & mng relationships w/ strategic partners that will become an extension of SWIFT's sales force in the region. Ensure proper representation & participation of customers at key local & regional industry. ID customer needs & mkt opportunities. Implement plans, projects, & initiatives for sales accounts. Acquire & maintain skills & knowledge of SWIFT products, services, & initiatives. Mng contractual relationship w/ current partners & coordinate sales & business development activities w/ SWIFT's country & regional mgrs, incl. analysis of target mkt & defining the addressable mkt; business plans w/ short & long term mkt share &/or sales goals w/in the target mkt; communications plans; assign responsibility for the sales efforts to be carried out in those mkts; & track sales & take corrective action when nec; ID new potential partnerships to help SWIFT achieve goals for region; work w/ regional mgrs to develop proper segmentation of company clients, & develop a joint go-to market plan. Partner w/ support & sales to implement large market infrastructure projects in the region. Pre-employment drug test & background check reqd. Min req'd: bachelor's deg or foreign equiv in econ, finance, business admin, or closely related, + 5 yrs progressive exp in sales mgmt, commercial mgmt, financial analysis, or mktg analysis. Any suitable combination of edu, training, & exp is accepted. Travel around 40% of time, primarily to Caribbean & Latin America.
