Key West Marriott Beachside Hotel Plan, prep set up and provide quality service in Banquet food production for menu items and special in accordance with standards and plating guide specifications. Direct, train and monitor performance of Banquet Cooks. Take ownership of events, delegate appropriately and ensure proper follow through from preparation, delivery, etc. of all events. Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment. Ensure all Associates attend daily line-ups and that standards and procedures are followed at all times. 2 year culinary degree from an accredited university preferred, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major Excellent benefit package
