Place orders to vendors for requested medical supplies and equipment. Expedite orders to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies. Negotiate with vendors to ensure the best deal for the company. Maintain and update purchase orders, procurement systems and documentation. Develop new medical equipment supply sources; and work with management to address all aspects of commodity business plans, markets trends assessment, pricing and product availability. Determine and implement solutions regarding distribution of business, negotiation or commodity strategy, supplier management, source of supply, etc. Provide oversight in price quotations, technical specifications, and other matters related to purchasing. Identify ways to improve work process and enhance customer satisfaction. Contribute to the future development of the service by sharing insights from clients and thorough knowledge of the market place.
