Athletic Director

An Athletic Director is sought by Shelton Academy, LLC in Doral, FL to MANAGE ALL THE SPORTS DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR. HIRING OF STAFF AND COACHES FOR THE DIFFERENT SPORTS. COORDINATING WITH COACHES ABOUT THE SCHEDULING OF GAMES AND PRACTICES. PLANNING TRIPS. PARTICIPATING AND COLLABORATING WITH THE LEAGUES ABOUT SCHEDULING MEETINGS AND GAMES HOME AND AWAY FOR THE DIFFERENT SPORTS SEASONS. COORDINATING OFFICIALS AND UMPIRES AT GAMES AND BUDGETING FOR THEIR PAY. PREPARING BUDGETS AND ALLOCATING SPENDING ON ITEMS SUCH AS COACHES' SALARIES, TEAM TRAVEL, ETC. DESIGN AND BUY ALL SPORTS UNIFORMS AND EQUIPMENTS FOR THE SPORTS PROGRAM. ORGANIZING EVENTS AND FUNDRAISERS FOR SPORTS PROGRAM. PLANNING TRIPS. SUMMER CAMP DIRECTOR. REPORTING ON THE STATUS OF EACH TEAM AND ITS SUCCESSES AND SHORTCOMINGS. MANAGING THE SOCIAL MEDIA AND WEBSITE OF THE SPORTS PROGRAM.  PROVIDE ADMINISTRATION TO HIGH SCHOOL AND MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS.
