MARKETING MANAGER – HOSPITALITY
HOSPITALITY MARKETING MANAGER -
MARKETING & DIGITAL ADVERTISING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED-
BILINGUAL (English & Spanish)
– ANNUAL SALARY $60,000 – LOCATION: Hollywood Beach, FL 33019.
Primary responsibilities include direct management &
implementation of marketing plan, maintaining an acceptable conversion rate of vacation rental occupancy, maintaining an excellent owner experience, and coordination with the
general manager, maintenance supervisor, and outside
contractors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage rental marketing & advertising.
- Manage social media content.
- Manage public relations & local digital channels.
- Manage direct marketing activities.
- Manage hospitality duty.
- Manage budgeting & financial duty.
- Direct supervision of on-line vacation rental registration and admission.
- Resolve issues pertaining to registration and accommodation for vacation rentals.
- Order and maintain departmental supplies.
- Run daily reports to include, but not limited to, Daily Arrival Report, Daily In-House Report.
- Prepare daily and weekly status reports to include, but not limited to, rental occupancy rate.
- Compile data on each Marketing Plan’s implementation &. success.
- Prepare additional reports deemed necessary by the management.
- Coordinate with In-House maintenance personnel to resolve any issue with vacation rentals.
- Ensure any pertinent information related to marketing, registration, and accommodation is properly and timely disseminated.
- Perform other related functions not listed.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service (i.e. must be able to communicate in a positive and effective manner when dealing with upset owners)
- Ability to efficiently multi-task and multilingual, mainly English and Spanish
- Ability to negotiate effectively Working knowledge of marketing databases
- Ability to recruit, train and develop employees if needed
- Ability to lead by example
- Detail oriented and accurate
- Ability to carry out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
- Demonstrated problem solving ability
