Construction Office Project/ Bid Admin
Requirements: Experience using Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Office
Responsibilities:
- Work with subcontractors, suppliers, vendors and office staff.
- Assist in preparing bids including pricing.
- Will need to order material and follow up on delivery dates as needed.
- Process submittals and owner’s manuals in a timely manner.
- Process RFI’s and follow up.
- Assist PE and preparation of close-out documents.
- Organize and maintain electric filing systems.
- Additional functions as assigned by Owner, PM or PE.
- Respond to phone calls and email correspondence and other general office duties as needed.
This position is a full time hourly position, within a casual & professional office atmosphere. Hours for this position are 7:00am to 4pm Monday through Friday This job pays $22/hour.
Standard paid holidays are included, vacation and health and 401k benefits after introductory period We do a background check and drug screening.
