MGT ANALYST (HOSPITALITY)
MGT. ANALYST (HOSPITALITY). B.Sc. Hospitality Mgt. + 24 mo. exp. in hospitality
(hotel/restaurant) project mgt., development, operations, architectural plans, financial
analysis. Analyze, evaluate, coordinate project timelines, procurement, staffing, budgets
for hospitality business from design aspects through final completion using value
engineering to improve value & reduce costs. Gather information, elaborate, track cost
control reports to ensure compliance with budgets. Implement critical path scheduling
methods to ensure projects proceed on time. Make recommendations based on
information gathered to achieve optimum balance between design, use, costs, quality.
Communicate effectively with designers, consultants, vendors, contractors, laborers,
hotel operation’s team, suppliers, owners to gather information, prepare quantitative
reports with recommendations for mgt. Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint), Advanced Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, SAP financial software,
Cloudbeds hotel software, Adobe Acrobat, Web Design. Travel required quarterly to
visit project locations throughout the U.S. (~7 days/qtr./~1 mo. annually). Mail Resume
