Compensation: Salary + Commission. Enjoy unlimited earning potential, never have your compensation “capped”. Medical and dental available.
Skills:
• You have no hesitancy in picking up the phone and placing a call to a prospect or constructing a professional email to introduce yourself
• You are a quick learner and have experience using, or can easily learn a CRM program to manage and track your activity and progress
• You are articulate and have exceptional writing and communication skills
• You can help identify ideal prospects that are most likely to need print, direct mail, and digital marketing services.
• You have experience in, or exposure to, a documented business development or sales process.
• While you enjoy being part of a team environment, you are equally comfortable being “your own boss”.
• Your strengths include strong follow-thru skills and you consider yourself to be highly accountable when tasks are assigned to you
Responsibilities:
As our Outside Sales Executive your responsibilities will include executing a winning sales process, deliver phone or face-to-face presentations, relationship building, and identifying business opportunities. Track and manage communication activities using a CRM. Since growing business is your main goal, you will be responsible for organic sales plus growth of existing accounts. You will gather new project details, help craft and deliver proposals, and negotiate to win new business.
Experience and Requirements:
• Experience selling a service (as opposed to hardware or a product).
• Required travel: Local (by car), over 50%. Valid, unrestricted driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
• Intermediate computer skills, comfortable with common software and devices
