USE COMPUTER FOR VARIOUS APPLICATIONS SUCH AS PREPARING INVOICES,
RECEIPTS, REPORTS, MEMOS, LETTERS, FINANCIAL STATEMENTS, AND OTHER
DOCUMENTS, USING WORD PROCESSING, SPREADSHEET, DATABASE OR
PRESENTATION SOFTWARE. ANSWER THE TELEPHONE RESPONDING INQUIRES OR
FORWARDING TO THE APPROPRIATE PERSON. MAINTAIN COMMUNICATIONS WITH
CURRENT OR PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS VIA EMAIL, TELEPHONE AND/OR
MESSAGING SOFTWARE, RESPONDING QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS. PREPARE
LETTERS AND REVISE DOCUMENTS. KEEP RECORD OF INTERACTIONS WITH
CUSTOMER RELATIONS SOFTWARE. ISSUE CONTRACTS, RECEIVE AND ARCHIVE
DOCUMENTS OF CLIENTS AND UPDATE REGISTRY OF CURRENT CUSTOMERS.
ATTEND MEETINGS, RECORD NOTES, AND PROVIDE SOLUTIONS.
MUST HAVE STRONG SPOKEN AND WRITING COMMUNICATION SKILLS. MUST BE COMPUTER SAVVY TO MANAGE EMAIL, CALENDAR, LETTERS, SPREADSHEETS, AND
CUSTOMER RELATIONS SOFTWARE. MUST BE ORGANIZED, DEPENDABLE AND RESPONSIBLE. MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE, SOME LOCAL TRAVEL LESS THAN
20 MILES AND WITHIN THE COUNTY OF MIAMI-DADE REQUIRED. VALID DRIVER LICENSE
