We invite a highly qualified Family Advocate Manager to join our team. The Family Advocate Manager supervises the Educare School's Family Support staff and partners with the interdisciplinary teaching team in the engagement and the support of families in Educare through activities, practices and services that support parents as the primary nurturers, experts and teachers of their child to promote and sustain their child's learning, development and academic and life success.

Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS - Early Childhood Education, Family Studies, Human Services or related field (AA degree in related field and progressively responsible job-related work experience may substitute for BA/BS)
- Professional experience (minimum 2 years) in early childhood education and case management experience
- Certification in First Aid, CPR and Food Handler's Card, within first 6 months of employment
- Functional knowledge of full day childcare Licensing Requirements
- Experience working with culturally diverse families
Preferred Qualifications
- Supervisory experience for family support services in Head Start or other comprehensive child development/family support program
- Knowledge of family community resources
- Experience with/knowledge of the Opportunity Gap and Equity & Inclusion work

The anticipated salary range for this position is $63,558 - $73,708 annual salary.
