Prime Shell Inc is a shell contractor with over 20 years in south Florida. We are looking to for a Office Assistant to help keep our business growing.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Evaluate suppliers by considering price, quality, availability, and other criteria
- Interacting with suppliers to schedule delivery times and resolve shipping errors
- Maintaining cordial working relationships with vendors
- Managing purchase orders, overseeing shipping schedules and maintaining purchase schedules
- Working with field employees to compare deliveries with purchase orders to identify discrepancies
- Process vendor invoices for payment
- Material Ordering / tracking
- Liaison between superintendents and vendors
- Answer phones
- Able to take orders over the phone and by email
Qualifications include
- Bilingual preferred (English & Spanish)
- Data Entry- Word, Excel & Outlook
- Comfortable on the phone
- Excellent communication skills
- Responsible and Dedicated
- Organized
