Machinist

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Set up and run machines by entering instructions, setting tool registers, offsets, compensation and conditional switches.
• Maintain time standards, production schedule and quality.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a machine tool occupation, including CNC machines, mills, lathes, and various machine shop tools.
• Ability to read blue prints and use precise measuring tools.
• Ability to interpret geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
• Minimum high school diploma/GED is required. College course work or trade school training preferred.
• Understand and apply basic machining principles and make adjustments as necessary.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to learn new things quickly.
• Must have strong attention to detail, and high level of accuracy in work product.

Hours:

Monday through Friday, 7am - 3:30pm and/or as needed.

Pay and Benefits:

Hourly pay rate will be commensurate with experience. This position includes the option for medical, vision, dental and employer paid life insurance plan, profit sharing program, paid vacation, and holidays.
