Paper Street Media in Miami, Florida is seeking a Human Resources Manager to function as a strategic business partner, culture carrier, and trusted advisor for the executive leaders within the organization. Partner with executives across the organization to advance people strategies and solutions that are aligned with the short and long-term organization and operational goals. Build and implement a talent strategy for multiple business unit executives, anticipating trends and complex challenges and opportunities, and ensure integration with the company’s mission and strategy. Identify the capabilities needed to meet the current and emerging business needs of the executives in the organization and evaluate current capabilities, identify gaps, and prioritize recruiting and development activities. Drive change management efforts across assigned organizations, ensuring employee and stakeholder impact are at the forefront of organizational decisions, and that organization changes are planned and thoughtfully implemented with strong process integrity. Leverage the resources of the global human resources organization, and provide full-scope HR support to leaders including executive coaching, employee relations, compensation, structure and leveling, employee engagement and culture development, organizational design, change management, employee communications, and people development. Manage an HR team and co-lead all organizational activities including driving integrity and accountability for the execution of HR employee lifecycle processes throughout assigned organizations, including goal setting, performance management, talent planning, and annual merit (compensation). Develop the overall HR function, ensuring appropriate representation of assigned functions while creating new HR processes, systems, and approaches that progress the company as a whole. Position reqs a Bach degree in HR mngmnt or related field + 5 yrs of exp. Alt, the emp will accept a Mstrs deg in HR mngmnt + 3 yrs of exp. Position reqs at least 3 yrs of exp with org design & dev, incl. change mngmnt for complex & transf. bus orgs. Exp with HR structures & practices including HR bus. partnering, shared svcs & centers for expertise; Talent acqu. experiences with HRIS mgnmnt & people data analytic; leading benefit & payroll mngmnt project mngmnt skills for implementing key HR policies & ppl programs for increasing team productivity.
