Communication Specialist
Develop and implement a customer service center to handle all current and potential client inquiries. Develop a greeting and communication manual for the customer service operators to follow. Develop a communication and advertising campaign including use of mass and social media oriented to generate interest in services provided by company, and to better position the Company among other service providers. Develop media relations strategy, seeking high level placements in print, broadcast and online media for company and clients. Coordinate all public relations activities. Create content for press releases, byline articles, presentations and media in general. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication and at least two years of experience creating content and coordinating public relations activities through traditional and social media.
