ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST
The Ocean Reef Community Association (ORCA), a unique, highly progressive Homeowners Association located in North Key Largo, FL, seeks an Administrative Specialist to provide support to the Executive Staff, Board of Directors, and the President. Reporting to the Vice President/Director of Administration, the Administrative Specialist is responsible for providing a high level of administrative assistance, with duties to include attending all Board Meetings and handling agenda items, recording and distributing Board Minutes, and sending correspondence to homeowners and businesses. The Administrative Specialist will also act as Recording Secretary for ORCAT and Dog Park. A Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a closely related field preferred. Ideal candidate will possess 7-10 years of experience, preferably in an Office Administrator or Managerial role. Candidates with any combination of the above experience and education will be considered.
