Sales Manager
Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure strong presence. Manage, supervise, and coordinate work order processing activities. Process invoices for all sales transactions. Compile and report on daily, weekly, and monthly sales numbers. Help prepare sales presentations organizing and coordinating sales events in ways that ensure maximum exposure of the company's products.
Ensure that the company has adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (personnel, material, equipment, etc.). Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Manage select vendors to ensure compliance with internal timelines. Develop ecommerce sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets. Build a trust and foster relationship to be recognized as a premium ecommerce supplier.
Conduct extensive online research, at all times understanding marketing and sales strategies from all major ecommerce retailers. Requires at least 2 years' experience managing Sales Department and developing e-commerce sales strategies.
