Technical Navistar, Inc. is seeking a Product Support Consultant Sr. in Doral, FL w/ the following reqts: Bachelor's degree and 8 years of customer service experience and technical product knowledge including 1 year of lead experience OR Master's degree and 6 years of customer service experience and technical product knowledge including 1 year of lead experience OR 10 years of customer service experience and technical product knowledge including 1 year of lead experience. Required skills: Utilize truck manufacturing indexes to calculate specification and design of trucks and provide validation, support, improvement and modification to trucks specifications (6 yrs); perform diagnostic troubleshooting using OE service diagnostic tools (Voltmeter, Fault code scanners, Pressure gauges, measuring devices) and use diagnostic software, analysis data and application to assist in the support network (6 yrs); apply OE analyzer including third party body builder's controllers and software to assist in integration to Truck's platform (6 yrs); review and interrupt engineering drawings using Pharos, Workbox, CAD, Autodesk and assist with field evaluation of product concerns to generate requisitions for design changes (6 yrs). 60 % travel required; must live within normal commuting distance of Doral, FL.
