Front desk manager
Join our team! Miami PT Associates is hiring a Full-time front office position with benefits.
Looking for a friendly and responsible team player to manage our front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Responsibilities include greeting patients, collecting payments, scheduling and confirming appointments, answering phones, verifying and explaining insurance coverage and be an integral part of our team.
EXPERIENCE working in a medical office is preferred. Applicants must have a pleasant personality and strong work ethic. You should be comfortable handling a busy environment in a timely and effective manner. Multitasking, flexibility and stress management skills are essential for this position.

- Customer service experience
- General understading of insurance plans/deductibles/copayments

- Must be bilingual
- High school degree
