Records Center Specialist / Warehouse Associate
Large South Florida company seeks motivated individuals to handle inbound and outbound customer orders for boxed records and media. Responsibilities include receiving, picking, staging, loading/unloading, and inventory movement within the facility in accordance with the Company’s operating policies and procedures. We offer great working hours, with time off on weekends and holidays.
In this role, you will:
· Scan barcode labels on inventory items and shelf locations to ensure filing accuracy
· Retrieve and put away boxes, files, and media tapes
· Stage boxes for drivers prior to dispatch
· Assist drivers with loading and unloading of vehicles
· Maintain your assigned rows and racks to ensure inventory is stored neatly
· Operate forklifts and/or pick lifts
To be successful in this position, you need:
· Experience in a product handling environment preferred
· Strong attention to detail
· Sense of urgency and team spirit
· Focus on safety
· Ability to work on your feet and lift up to 60 pounds
