Pool Deck Maintenance and Front Desk Security

Maintenance: Deck & Garage  - $12 per hour. 

Full time position from Sunday to Thursday 8 AM to 4:30 PM

 Under the direct supervision of the Building Engineer, the Deck/Garage Maintenance staff will:

  • Start organizing Pool Deck furniture 
  • Vacuum Pool (Engineer will check equipment and take chemical Readings)
  • Empty all garbage containers and put in new liners daily
  • Wash down deck as needed and use Billy goat daily to pick up debris
  • Clean Bathhouse daily
  • Clean pool tiles when needed
  • Check all deck planters weekly for weeds (pull, when needed)
  • Check with Manager on trimming the shrubs (Do not trim unless instructed by Management)
  • Clean ALL Breezeways & Stairwells 
  • Trim off all dead or dying palm fronds and seed pods from trees as needed
  • Plant landscape shrubs and /or flowers when plants are delivered for planting
  • Fertilize and spray for bugs as needed
  • Clean garage daily
  • Clean glass railings on Pool Deck when needed 
  • Clean exterior windows in all Party Rooms and Meeting Rooms

 

Front Desk Security - $12 per hour.

Full time position. Two shifts available

Under the direct supervision of the Property Manager, the security staff will:

  • Observes and reports activities and incidents, providing for the security and safety of residents, guests, and staff
  • Preserves orders and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to residents, visitors, vendors and contractors
  • Controls access to Building through the admittance process; assists visitors with a legitimate need to gain entry to the building; screens visitors and resident employees in an efficient manner to expedite their admittance
  • Observe security camera video screen for any for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked ingress and egress, mechanical problems, and unauthorized persons, etc.
  • Receive all packages for residents and management, log all receivables, contact resident or management for package pick-up
  • Assure that all resident renovation contractors have been approved for entry into the building
  • Assess resident emergencies after daytime staff leaves, contact engineer and/or manager for guidance
  • Be professional and cordial
