Automotive parts distributor in Hialeah is looking for a self-motivated, accurate and detail-oriented Entry Level Office Clerk to:
- Answer main telephone line and transfer calls or take messages as appropriate.
- Assist sales personnel with general office tasks, data entry.
- Direct communication with customers regarding orders, shipments, tracking information.
- Maintain and review orders and tracking logs to ensure proper and timely processing of orders.
- Print basic documentation for export shipments (invoice, packing list, bill of lading).
- Print labels for orders as needed.
- Assist other Admins as needed, and other clerical duties.
- Microsoft Office knowledge necessary (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Must be bilingual - English/Spanish.
Job Type: Full-time
Work hours: Monday thru Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
Salary: $10.00 per hour.
