Customer Relations & Business Development Support QUALIFICATION: Ability to communicate professionally in English and Spanish both verbally and in writing - A MUST A small consulting and distributorship company that specializes in the manufacturing process of the Pharmaceutical, Petro-Chemical, Power, Food and Beverage Industries is looking for a person who possesses excellent communication skills (English & Spanish) with a proactive approach to daily job responsibilities and excellent follow-up skills. Someone with a strong background in customer service and sales. Candidate must have a high level of expertise in Microsoft Suites and the ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple projects and priorities. She/he will be detailed oriented, organized, punctual and tackle every task with the utmost professionalism. The personalized and customized attention to our customers is at the core of our company values and its main priority. Job Functions include but are not limited to: Prepare and process purchase orders and invoices Coordinate and track international shipments as well as prepare documentation correctly to meet the specifics needs of each client Maintain electronic filing system in a mostly paperless environment Communicate via e-mail and telephone in a professional manner Sales/Project Management Act as a bridging gap between the production/sales team and client Participate in Planning Meetings; improvements, forecasting, workload planning, etc. Have a fair technical knowledge of the industry so that she/he is capable of understanding and discussing given problems with vendors and clients Determine and implement the needs of the client, based on knowledge of applications and equipment Ensure client satisfaction while providing administrative support to the sales and management team REQUIREMENTS: One year of consecutive experience with the same employer performing similar tasks as described above Strong computer skills, especially email programs; Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook as well as QuickBooks Strong internet skills and ability to navigate websites with ease Highly developed analytical skills, detail oriented and organized Ability to work independently and/or in a team-based environment 2 to 4 Professional references will be requested Salary and Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience in addition to other benefits including health insurance once the provisionary period is over (90 days).
