Occupational Therapist Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy preferred; must have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in occupational therapy. Professional license in the State of Florida/or must be eligible for certification as an occupational therapist by the American Occupational Therapy Association. Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred. Ability to lift & transfer min. of 50 lbs. Physical Therapy Assistant Associate of Science Physical Therapy Assistant license/certification preferred. At least two years of experience in the rehab field as a therapy aide or working with developmentally disabled population. Ability to lift & transfer min. of 50 lbs. Residential Services Coordinator Dynamic candidate will manage 8 bed ICF home for people with significant developmental disabilities. BS/BA degree in a human service field req; 1 yr. exp. w/ 3 yrs. supervisory exp. of staff desired. Must be available by phone 24/7 & will work 1 weekend day. Exp and knowledge in ICF/DD Program desirable. Ability to lift & transfer min. of 50 lbs. Staff Development Director Solid and proven experienced candidate in the staff development field. Experience with developmental disabilities, learning management systems, curriculum development, and excellent interpersonal skills are important qualifications. Candidate must be an outstanding presenter, possess excellent organizational skills and be proficient in Microsoft applications. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, education or related field. A Master's Degree in Adult Education or Human Resources Development is preferred. Administrative Assistant Excellent proficiency in using the following computer programs: (Microsoft Office 97 Professional (which includes: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Access); Publisher 98; Form Tool; Microsoft Internet Explorer, Windows 95-98. Thorough knowledge of grammar spelling, punctuation, and syntax. Minimum of high school diploma and/or equivalent with Secretarial/ Business course of study in High School, Business School, or College, or equivalent experience (i.e. on the job training supported by relevant course work). 3 yrs of office management and secretarial work required. Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 20lbs. Maintenance Technician Applicants must possess 3yrs exp in plumbing, appliance repair, electrical & HVAC. Certification preferred. Good driving record required. Ability to lift 50lbs. Environmental Technician/Driver Must possess as a minimum a High School diploma. Must have a minimum of 1year experience in floor care (stripping, waxing, spray buffing and high speed burnishing). General knowledge and ability in plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry skills. Must be able to read, write and speak the English language. Must be knowledgeable of safe maintenance practices, procedures, safety regulations and guidelines. Must have a current valid driver's license, or an excellent and clear driving record. Ability to lift 50lbs. Direct Support Apprentice Provide support to children and adults who medical fragile and who have physical and intellectual disabilities. F/T and P/T positions available. H.S. diploma or G.E.D. equivalency, background clearance, clean driving record and ability to lift & transfer min. of 50 lbs.
