It is an entry level position within our conference and training division that involves market development, lead sourcing, reaching out to C-level executives from leading financial institutions in both North and Latin America. In doing so you will identify their current challenges and show how coming on board as partners will help them overcome these challenges - We provide the very best world class on-going training (sales & business) delivered by senior managers at the ME Group globally. - Clear & Transparent promotion structure ( quick promotion only within the ME group, promotion to sales manager within 2 years of employment) - Transfer opportunities to other offices depending on performance - Travel opportunities to events across North and Latin America - To be a part of a High Performance Team in our established office in Downtown Miami, alongside like-minded and driven sales executives - Basic + uncapped commission ( $45 - $55k OTE in the first year with the company) - Incentives Requirements - Track record of high achievement and success in or outside university / work - Business acumen - Spoken & written Spanish / Portuguese & sales experience is an advantage but not a must - Eligibility to work in the USA is essential - OPT candidates can be considered, however we cannot guarantee sponsorship once the visa expires
