Established long standing Restaurant / Night Club now hiring Sous Chef
Must have 3+ years Sous Chef experience. Must be avail to work fulltime; days, nights, weekends, holidays.
Resp include assisting the Exec. Chef in daily operations of the kitchen; menu development, mentoring and coaching, expediting, ordering, inventory, butchering, organizing and maintaining a clean, sanitary and tidy kitchen.
