Provide meals that are nutritious and appetizing to residents, families, and facility staff factoring health issues and dietary needs and restrictions. Ensure meals are properly handled, prepared correctly, and served at the right temperature and in correct serving quantity; ensure foods are pulled and thawed in proper time and stored properly; label and date foods and rotate properly; ensures that all cooking supplies and dishware are properly cleaned.
