Operations Manager. Miami-Dade County (Hialeah, FL). LVE ENTERPRISES, INC. Oversee the company’s ops & ensure all ops are carried on in an appropriate cost-effective way. Resp for daily ops & improving performance to achieve revenue growth goals. Review & analyze sales & production reports. Support & advise top mgmt & shareholder’s decision-making process. Set priorities to reinforce long-term strategies. Create & implement business dvlpmnt & operational strategies, & measure productivity to determine areas needing cost reduction & improvement. Direct & coordinate business activities rltd to production, pricing, sales & distribution of products. Coordinate shelf stocking & coordinate & review inventory. Handle logistics processes & ensure best practices are being followed & in compliance w/ regs. Monitor business to ensure that it efficiently & effectively provides needed svcs while staying w/in budgetary limits. Negotiate contracts on behalf of the corporation. Maintain relations w/ clients & vendors. Prepare & control the operational budget. Supervise & evaluate staff performance. Direct & coordinate activities of businesses or depts concerned w/ the production, pricing, sales, or distribution of products. Reqs: HS Diploma & 4 yrs progressive operations mgmt exp, out of which 2+ yrs must be managing sales & product distribution & 1 yr exp managing inventory.
