Secretary/Receptionist needed for a Real Estate Office.
- Computer smart & Strong communication skills and to work directly with the Broker and all agents in the office.
- Perform general office tasks including ordering supplies, handling mail and shipments, filing, organizing, calendar scheduling, etc. Must be able to mulitask.
- Plan and schedule appointments with vendors for properties (Photos, Brochures etc.)
- Assisting agents in the office with producing Listing agreements, submitting to MLS & Writing contracts.
- Help with the on-boarding process for new agents and document creation (DBPR & PBBOR) .
You'll be working out of a collaborative, open office environment with people who hustle and get things done. Must be comfortable doing a small amount of personal assisting. Assist broker on all marketing and advertising.
Full time position.
