ATTORNEY
The right candidate must have:
- Be bar licensed (preferably in the State Florida)
- At least two years of immigration law experience
- Preferably bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Knowledge of INSZoom is a plus
- Admission to Practice before the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals a plus
- Candidate must be familiar in preparing legal briefs, motions and petitions before EOIR, USCIS, ICE, CBP - Candidates must be familiar with various forms of reliefs before EOIR including I589, cancellation of Removal, Adjustment of Status.
- Ideal Candidate will have experience in handling the following visa types: H-1B, L-1, E-1-5O, TN, EB-5, PERMs, Certifications, EB1 Manager, O/R, Adjustments, Asylums, Appeals, and audits by the Department of Labor.
- Ideal candidate must be a team Player
- Ideal candidate must be honest, responsible, punctual and professional
Responsibilities:
1. Handle all types of of Immigration related cases from start to finish
2. Represent Clients before EOIR/ USCIS
3. Provide client consultation
4. Assist clients in filling out forms, collecting documents and organizing documents
5. Prepare petitions, motions, and briefs under attorney supervision
