Database Developer II

Lakeview Loan Servicing LLC is looking for Database Developer II: Define, document and develop new or maintain existing database objects to meet business requirements. Define, document and develop new or maintain existing interfaces between applications, databases and third-party systems to meet business requirements. Perform ad-hoc analysis of production data where necessary to develop solutions to reported incidents. Effectively communicate with the appropriate internal and external business and technical customers for information gathering and follow up. Adhere to Bayview coding standards, software development life cycle, change management and deployment standards. Mentor and coach other Developer team members. Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Science, Management Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering or related field plus one (1) year of experience as a Database Developer/ ETL developer, or a related occupation, specifically with the following is required: Microsoft Transact Structured Query Language skills; queries of various database platforms, including SQL, Flat Files, and other delimited data sources to extract required information; SQL optimization (proper indexing to interpret execution plans); ETL development (SSIS, Informatica, or equivalent ETL tool); data modeling; and conducting research into system issues and products.
