DIRECTOR OF FRANCHISE AND CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT
DIRECTOR OF FRANCHISE AND CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT: Plan, direct, coordinate policies/programs to create extra interest in school franchises; plan/prepare promotional material to increase franchise demand; coordinate with media/sales to disseminate advertising; plan/execute advertising policies/strategies; prepare budgets and submit estimates for franchise programs; monitor/analyze sales promotion results; prepare/negotiate advertising and sales contracts; search/hunt for existing schools available for sale to convert them and make them part of the KLA School franchise family; generate/prepare the feasibility studies for management to approve the acquisition; obtain the financial resources to acquire the schools; assemble/communicate with coalition of private sector securing their cooperation/support; represent organization at franchise association meetings; work with Childcare CRM, Nathan Profiler, Sites USA, Active Campaign, and Reliable software; etc. REQS: Must have at least 2 years of experience in the job duties or 2 years of experience in positions working with financing school franchising.
