A company leader in export of building materials is actively adding experienced team members.
We are looking for team members in our purchasing department.
Ability to interface and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best possible deal.
Responsible for purchasing of parts, materials, components, etc. supporting the
company overall operation.
Preparing and Processing Purchase orders to vendors and verify delivery dates.
Processing Quotes to customers.
Attention to detail and problem solving.
Maintaining cordial relationship with vendors and customers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge in construction industry.
Knowledge in purchasing for construction projects.
Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
Must be able to communicate, read and write in English (Spanish a plus).
Ability to work in a fast paced and multi-task environment.
Self-motivated, takes initiative and detail oriented.
