Looking for Bilingual Assistant Building Manager/ Se requiere Asistente A Administrador De Apartamentos Bilingüe Tasks/Tareas: 1. Telephone and general customer service and tenant interactions. 2. Appropriately greeting and evaluating prospective tenants and qualifying their credit history. 3. Manage tenant move-in and move-out processes, handing paperwork and verification of lease signing, and explaining policies and building regulations. 4. Sending tenant notices. 5. Monitoring general cleanliness. 6. Coordinating evictions. 7. Accepting, reporting and posting rent collections and payment. 8. Filing out banking slips for rent deposits. 9. Update unit availability report. 10. Submit processed applications to the Property Manager for approval. Follow up with applicant regarding status. 11. Distribute all company-issued notices. 12. Operate computers and word processing/spreadsheet software. 13. Understand the lease procedure and contracted credit report application. 14. Comply with federal, state and company policies, procedures and regulations. 15. Record and report debit, credit and total accounts on spreadsheets and databases using software. 16. Communicate with offsite auditors regarding accuracy of created reports according to company procedures. 17. Receive all telephone calls and in-person visits. Listening to resident requests, concerns and comments. 18. Report to Property Manager and offsite company auditors. 19. Enforce building policies.
