Candidate must have ability to negotiate quotes; expedite Purchase Orders and prepare all documentation; request, schedule, and track rental equipment for different sites; receive/dispatch materials; coordinate receiving documents and invoices with accounting; coordinate receiving materials with project managers and vendors. Must be proficient in MS word, excel and outlook. Sage 100 a plus, but not necessary. Knowledge of electrical construction materials a plus.
Salary based on experience.
