Part time with opportunity for full time Seeking someone responsible with organizational and computer skills to assist with administrative-accounting tasks.
Duties include: assisting in daily office needs (answering telephones, filing, correspondence), reviewing and entering vendor invoices, assisting in payroll processing, requesting and following up on releases of liens for checks, requesting vendor insurance, etc. Proficiency of Word and Excel.
We use Sage 100 for accounting software, experience a plus but not necessary. $15.00 per hour.
