Elaborate strategic plan of the sales department
- Prepare budgets
- Establish commercial policy and procedures for sales activities.
- Researching and analyzing trends and economic and financial factors of the market.
- Monitor the participation of the company and/or products in the market, following the performance of the competition
- Help develop new products or services.
- Deciding on special prices and promotions.
- Analyze and monitor the level of customer satisfaction, solving complaints from customers and consumers.
- Manage human resources, increase size of the team, defining professional profiles, review resumes, interviewing candidates.
- Manage and coordinate the work flow, managing teams, delegating assignments, collecting results and evaluating performance.
- Formulate incentive plan for sellers.
- Detect training needs and professional training of the sales team.
- Manage the execution of sales activities
- Know how to administer material and financial resources of the Sales department.
- Establish and monitor performance targets and indicators
- Plan and monitor institutional, advertising and sales campaigns with the company's board of directors.
- Planning and conducting events (fairs, conventions, seminars)
- Communicate with the media, with governmental and non-governmental bodies, and, trade associations, etc.,
- Create customer loyalty programs and actions
- Implement customer service metrics
- Monitor relationship with key customers.
- Evaluate media performance in advertising campaigns and branding progress
