Operations Manager

South Florida Roofing Company Seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager 

Job requirements -

Operation Manager for a roofing Company in South Florida.

Minimum 10 years experience in residential and commercial roofing (no less than 5 years leaving and working in roofing in south Florida)

Purchasing- must have knowledge in knowing how to order materials for all types of roofs jobs, Flat, Shingles, Tile, Metal, TPO and repairs. Must have knowledge with how to place/write Purchase orders of materials for all types of jobs.

Coordinate all documents needed to apply for permits with the permit runner.

Coordinate all jobs from beginning to end with all crews and materials, Tear Off, Installation, scheduling middle inspection, dump trucks etc.

Team leader. 

Organized and able to multitask effectively

Knowledge in all Day to day operations of running a Roofing Company. 

Exceptional communication skills

Hiring staff

Must have experience working with the CRM. Acculynx a plus

Needs to be very good with numbers.

Spanish a big Plus. 

Must be a Florida resident for a minimum of the past 5 years.

Pay: Up to $100k + bonuses based on experience and performance
