Area Manager

Grazianos Gourmet at Doral LLC in Doral, FL seeks Area Manager to maintains a guest focus while performing duties; assure operational expenses and costs are in line with annual budgets; knowledgeable of budgets and adhering to the profits they reflect; development and training of front and back of the house staff; identify and develop current and future General Managers; delegates tasks for ordering supplies; review and approve weekly and monthly inventories; perform timely inventory audits; among other job duties. Must have an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, or foreign equivalent, and 1 year experience in job offered or, alternatively, Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or foreign equivalent and 1 year experience as a Restaurant Manager or General Manager in food service industry.
