Job Duties & Responsibilities
Are you looking for a rewarding professional career? Do you have the desire to help people? Then GEICO's Emergency Roadside Service (ERS) Department is the place for you! Our ERS Dispatchers are there to help our policyholders when they experience problems with their vehicles. As an ERS Dispatcher, you'll be trained to assist customers in obtaining help when there is a problem with their vehicle, such as locating and dispatching glass repair, locksmith, or a tow truck. You will learn about our dynamic industry and prepare to assist customers through our comprehensive, fully paid training program.

Starting Salary: $30,978.85 with 10% night differential pay after 1pm start time with increases for meeting goals.
First salary increase @ 6 months $1,000.00. Second salary increase @ 12 months $1,000.00.
Annual Increases continue with tenure and continuation of meeting goals.
Training Hours: 8 Weeks - 4pm -12:15 OR 7:30am - 3:45pm
Work Hours: 4pm - 12:15am; 5pm - 1:15am; 6pm - 2:15am
Weekend Work: Every Saturday or Sunday OR Both Saturday and Sunday
Open on Holidays to serve customers nationwide
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Good customer service skills or prior experience
- Demonstrated timely, consistent job attendance history
- Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume call center
