Temporary Trainer I - 534091

Job Summary:

The Office of the Controller is seeking a Temporary Trainer I to join their team of professionals:

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Trainer for the PeopleSoft Financials modules and assist with the development of training manuals, visual aids and other educational materials. 
  • Serve as a customer service representative in the Financial Systems and Support Services Call Center and assist users with resolving data entry issues and answer functional questions. 
  • Assist the Financial Systems and Support Services department in keeping customer service delivery consistent with the goals and objectives of the university, Division of Finance and Office of the Controller. 
  • Assist in the production support of financial systems modules for subject matter experts, back office personnel, and university-wide users.
  • Assists with special projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline

Salary:

$20.00-$24.00/hour

Work Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday
  • 8:30am - 5:00pm
